![]() I wish there was a warm-toned transition shade in the palette to make it more cohesive and independently usable.Great for day look right upto full on evening event glam look.Ĭons of Viseart Eyeshadow Palette Petit Pro:. ![]() The colours blend easily and mesh very well together.Does not transfer – except for the micro glitter in shade #5.3 mattes, 1 satin, 3 shimmers and 1 shimmer with micro glitter.A mixture of textures to allow for a variety of looks to be created.Interesting array of shades – can create a day look or an evening look with ease.Pros of Viseart Eyeshadow Palette Petit Pro: You can pretty much apply these and forget them for the rest of the day. Even at that point, the shades look more meshed together – but not really patchy or creasing. I do take off my makeup by about 9 hours max. These shadows wear for good 8-9 hours – if not more. No shadows – and I mean literally no shadows stay put on my lids for more than a couple of hours, if applied without a primer. Even though the palette is so small, it will last you a fair amount of time because a little product goes a long way.ĭisclaimer – I apply my eyeshadows with a primer because my lids are way too oily. They blend well together but do not become a muddy mess. You get exactly the colour which you see in the palette. Pigmentation: Pigmentation is fantastic on all of these – especially the metallic shades – you can see that in the swatches – a little goes a long way. They mesh well together without getting thin or patchy or muddy when blended. They do seem to pack even more of a punch without adding age to the lids.Īll shadows have smooth, creamy texture and are so easy to work with – they build well, they blend out easily. The other 3 shades seem to have a slightly denser texture than the usual Viseart shimmers. The formula of the beige shimmer shade seems similar to her usual shimmers however, the micro glitters are unique to this shade. The shimmers are amazing – especially the last 3. The satin shade was also easy to work with. The ones in this palette are in line with the overall quality of their mattes. Viseart mattes are some of the best mattes in the industry. Texture: I have already detailed the texture of the shades while discussing them individually. Again, super pigmented, smooth, creamy texture and so easy to work with. Shade #8 – This is a medium to dark violet-toned plum shade – absolutely stunning. Again, despite being creamy, the shadow isn’t dense – so does not translate to added texture on lids. Again, smooth, creamy texture which is so easy to work with and blend out. Shade #7 – This is a medium coppery, rose gold shade with a frosted sheen. However, it still isn’t thick and does not translate to added texture on the ageing lids, when applied. I do find this shade a tad bit creamer than the other shimmer shades that I have tried form Viseart. Shade #6 – This is a medium gold with a copper metallic sheen. The micro glitter does transfer and you are likely to have a bit of fallout – nothing too bad, though. Shade #5 – The first shimmer shade in the palette is a light shimmery beige colour with a metallic sheen and fairly easily discernible golden micro-glitter particles. This shade can be used for a smokey look or to deepen the outer V or even for lining the eyes. Shade #4 – This is a satin shade – a deep dirty brown with almost grey undertones and slight sheen. The shade is again smooth to touch and has good pigmentation. ![]() Shade #3 – This is another matte shade – a medium to deep red toned brown with hints of plum in it. The EOTDs seem to have come out okay but I do feel that the undertone of the shade, the aliveness of this, makes my eyes look sallow and tired and more deep set, not the kind of look I am “looking for.” So, this shade is what I end up reaching for. I have used this in both the looks on my crease. If you look the colour selection, you will notice that there isn’t really an identifiable transition shade in the palette. This shade is kind of a pain for me – not in terms of quality but in terms of colour. It too is smooth to touch and has good pigmentation. Shade #2 – This is a medium, dirty, olive-toned brown. Having said that, please do note that it is easier for an MUA to do this – than you and me, but it is possible. So, this shade can actually be used to create a lighter version of the other matte/satin shades. As I have mentioned in my previous reviews of Viseart eyeshadows, you can actually mix two shades to make a secondary shade. Used with a fluffy brush, it can be lightly dusted over the eyelids to set the primer or can be used with a tightly packed brush to actually show up as a beige colour. The shade is smooth to touch and creamy – feels almost satiny. Shade #1 – This is a matte shade, off-white beige colour.
